UK Orders

• Orders will usually be despatched on the day of receipt up until 3:00pm.
• Goods will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class, Special Delivery or standard parcel.
• UK orders will be delivered between 2 – 3 days of receipt.
• Orders received on Friday after 3:00pm will be processed the following Monday.
• Email notification will be sent once the order has been despatched.

Next Day Delivery

• This option is available at the point of checkout.
• This delivery service is provided by DHL.
• Orders received before 3:00pm will be despatched for delivery the next working day.
• Next Day Delivery processed on Friday will be received by the customer the following Monday.
• Email notification will be sent once the order has been despatched.

International Orders

Please Note

We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives. We do not take any payment until we are in a position to make shipment. As delivery is by Royal Mail / DHL we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.
